Acceptable Use Policy

The network works because members can rely on what other members say they will provide.

Permitted

Offering goods, services, equipment, inventory or professional capacity you can actually deliver.
Describing condition, availability, scope and timing accurately.
Recording approved exchanges through the MemberWorks FRM application.
Reporting suspected errors or misuse promptly.

Prohibited

Misrepresenting identity, capability, ownership or condition of a resource.
Unlawful goods, services or activity of any kind.
Attempting to use the network as a financial, deposit, investment or currency-exchange service.
Circumventing review, limits or account controls.
Harassment, threats or abusive conduct toward other members or staff.
Interfering with the security or availability of MemberWorks systems.

Enforcement

MemberWorks may review activity, request clarification, and limit, suspend or terminate accounts that conflict with this policy. Enforcement actions remain part of the account and administrative audit record.
