Acceptance

By using this website or a MemberWorks FRM™ account, you agree to these terms, the FRM Standards and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Membership

Membership is granted at the discretion of MemberWorks following review. Creating login credentials does not guarantee approval.

Nature of FRM

FRM™ is an internal accounting unit used to record approved exchanges among members. It is not a currency, deposit, security, investment or payment instrument, and MemberWorks is not a bank, exchange or brokerage.

Member conduct

Members must describe offerings accurately, honor agreed terms and comply with applicable law and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Suspension and termination

Accounts may be limited, suspended or terminated where activity conflicts with these terms, creates a security concern or requires administrative review.

Disclaimers and liability

Availability may be interrupted for maintenance, security response or circumstances outside MemberWorks control. Members remain responsible for evaluating the goods, services and commitments they accept from other members.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the network develops. Material updates will be dated and published through the available MemberWorks channels.
